I have worked at CEMEX for 27 years. I like it because I enjoy leading efforts that create success for our company, our customers and society, and because I get to fully live the three founding values of CEMEX:

Collaboration. Working together with the Commercial, Supply, Comptrollership and Human Resources areas and deliver solutions that make CEMEX more efficient, as well as being able to work with innovative and talented people is inspiring to me.
Leadership. CEMEX has given me great work opportunities since the 1980s, when some companies still didn’t consider working mothers for leadership roles. Now, I lead a team of four members as the Fund Management Manager for CEMEX México. I cherish this value and most importantly I get to live it every day. CEMEX has a culture of continuous improvement and evolution that aims for perfection every day, and our values are the guiding principles that help us achieve results. Because of the nature of my position as Funds Manager, it is an imperative to perform with the highest integrity to perform to the level that CEMEX expects.
