CEMEX launches new specialty white cement product in Croatia

In order to fulfill its customer’s demands for the highest-quality decorative sacked cement, CEMEX in Croatia has recently introduced Dalmacijacement White Cement, the first bagged white cement offered by the company in that market.

This new product launch was made possible by a synergy between the company’s operations in Croatia and Spain. Dalmacijacement White Cement is produced at CEMEX’s factory in Buñol, Spain and then sent to Croatia for packaging and distribution. This specialty cement is ideal for white, colored and decorative plaster and concrete. It possesses top workability, high initial strength, and a good cement amount to strength ratio.

The cement has already been made available for sale in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro. Since its introduction, Dalmacijacement White Cement has had outstanding results and a high level of market acceptance in Montenegro, and it has secured the company a leading position in this market segment. By introducing this product, the company has once again confirmed its focus on its customers, creativity, and innovation in meeting market needs.

CEMEX is one of the world's largest producers of white cement. Customers use this specialty product in architectural works requiring great brightness and artistic finishes, to create mosaics and artificial granite, and for sculptural casts and other applications where white prevails.
