CEMEX named Construction Company of the Year and Industry Leader of Responsible Companies in Poland

Two different prestigious organizations have recognized CEMEX in Poland’s position as an industry leader both in operational excellence and sustainable development. Builder Monthly named CEMEX a Construction Company of the Year for the third year, while the Gazeta Prawna Daily placed the company in its ranking of Industry Leaders of Responsible Companies.

The Construction Company of the Year award is given to companies that contribute to the development of the Polish construction industry and their managers for their effective management skills and pursuit of success. CEMEX was honored for its commitment to providing the best quality building materials and adjusting its products and services to the changing needs of the market.

CEMEX was also second of 66 companies surveyed for the Responsible Companies Ranking created by the Gazeta Prawna Daily. CEMEX in Poland was recognized for its strong adherence to the principles of sustainable development in all aspects of this business. Key aspects taken in consideration for the ranking include responsible leadership, dialogue with stakeholders, community outreach, responsible management, and social innovation.
