La Fiscala quarry in Colombia

This quarry is currently under a rehabilitation phase using native flora species to provide shelter for migrating birds that fly through Bogotá. Due to the success of this process, it has been named La Fiscala Private Ecological Reserve, an area that supplies green areas to the Usme community, which comprises around a million people. Once the terrain is morphologically conditioned, different type of plants, which have been grown in a nursery in the same area, are supplied.

This plan contemplates the integration of the landscape and the improvement of the whole reserve, as well as the growth of gardens and the establishment of live barriers.
