CEMEX promotes understanding of the environment

In the Isle of Man, CEMEX, in association with the Department of Education, has launched the CEMEX Scoillyn Glassey Award Scheme 2008. The award scheme will provide local schools and students, who come up with the most innovative and environmentally sustainable ideas, the chance to gain funding to promote and enhance their understanding of the living environment through the implementation of their creative projects. Students can create projects about biodiversity, litter, waste minimization, and energy.
